i need to know sorc break points

i dont know or care for anythign technical but this is what ive found-

Cold= 100 fcr needed max.. (cold skilss have cool down)
Lightning= 175 fcr - lightning is long and as soon as first one is done, youre alreayd casting next one
Fire= 200 fcr= granted, meteor has cool down but u need to pump out those fireballs to survive, and with the KB-type effect on them, enemies wont get close.

It's slightly different for lightning/chainlightning. The breakpoint is 75 then 117 (not sure what frame they are at though)

78 fcr = 13 frames
117 fcr = 12 frames
