Is there a thread with the best method to rush or grush someone? Has anyone created anything like this?

not hard to rush/grush someone
do the acts in this order.

1) andy
2) staff / ammy / summoner / duriel
3) trav / meph
4) diablo
5) baal 4 quest
6) repeat in nm and hell

when rushing one difficulty (not including baal quest), they will usually lvl up in this way.

norm difficulty here:
1-15 trist runs
15-17 random a2 runs
17-20 tomb runs
20-24 cow runs
24-25 ancients
25-40'ish baal runs

then they would beat baal and get a rush to a5 nightmare and do baal runs up to lvl 70'ish, then repeat in hell difficulty.

==================================

with grushing u rush the other char up to a5 hell bypassing the ancients lvl cap which are 20 (norm), 40 (nm), and 60 (hell)
once they hit a4 hell, they do chaos runs in which they leech off the chaoser and gain massive amounts of exp. its true u gain 5% exp if u start at lvl 1 but the exp is too great that it'll go up fast. if u chaos run for about 1 1/2 - 2 hours, u should hit lvl 60 pretty fast instead of doing all those countless hours or norm/nm baaling which takes up so much more time.

so the "rushee" can just sit in town and still get the baal quest even though they cant get to the ancients?

correct, however this will take some time as u gotta find the right game.
in order for u to get baal quest, there has to be someone who needs baal quest and has done ancients (so he must be down in worldstone chamber when baal is killed) as its required for baal.

Question: What's the best way to make sure they pay up for the forge? I've had some people leave on me...

Question: What's the best way to make sure they pay up for the forge? I've had some people leave on me...

From my limited experience in trades and such, everyone who posts on these forums is usually excellent about holding up their end of the bargain. A formal trade consists of dropping stuff on the ground, no trade windows. But of course, I know this isnt the case with everyone. I would suggest only rushing people who post here. And if they screw you over, make sure people on the boards know about it.

But as for a formal way of making sure it doesnt happen, I dont think there is one.

A good way is giving them as few WP as possible. Then give them all WP after forge.

How does that help? =S

To fast rush to hell, rush the char in classic, then update the char to expansion. You just have to do 4 acts. Faster and easier :)

Khalim's Will has no reqs AFAIK. It has a str req before cubing it, however.

Even if I'm wrong, the str req is very low, perhaps 20 or 25 at most, so it should be no problem to shop for strength boosting gear or to socket a helm or armor with an amethyst or two (emeralds if dex is needed).
