i am making a kicker for ubers, and i need to know what skills left to put points into.


max talon
max venom
1 into mind blast


i heard fade is useless to max, death sentry is useless cuz ubers leave no corpses, and i dunno what else to go into. any suggestions?

I hate to be rude, but there are like 8 thread on this page about kickers for ubers, including JanusJones' guide for Ubers.

also, why max venom now? it doesnt show damage change when i put it on...is it a passive thing?

and janusjones guide is a little different than the char im looking for.

edit - for uber Meph, I simply did two things to my standard setup (a BoS setup with maxed resists in Hell). 1) Changed from BoS to Fade and used a weapon that would reach the 3-frame follow-up speed. 2) Switched one piece of 0-resist gear to a piece of 60+ resist gear (specifically: my weapon became a Wizardspike).

wow, that guide= exactly what i wanted.

besides the death sentry for ubers (i heard ubers leave no corpses) but im planning on puttin thsoe points into cloak/fade/mind blast...i think lol.

Ilkori's guide is great.:thumbsup: Definately Mind Blast if you're looking for help with the ubers - the stun + conversion will help keep the minions occupied while you whup on the big three. Cloak of Shadows can be good as an opening curse to help you get in a few hits to trigger Life Tap, so one point is great - more is usually a waste, though. Use whatever level you have before rushing into battle, then after Life Tap triggers just spam Mind Blasts. If you're using Last Wish, don't bother with extra points in Fade - you won't have the time to re-cast.
