really stupid newb question

Sad thing is Ive played for years, but took a long break. Charges on items, like say a Harmony bow with 25 revive charges. can those be refilled or are they a one time thing?

they can be refilled through merchants (repairing i mean by the smith), it will just cost a lot more gold to repair.

1 Ort Rune + 1 Chipped Gem (any kind) + Weapon = Fully Repaired and Recharged Weapon
You cannot repair ethereal weapons.

This is also good way to save money :smiley:

Yep, the cost of recharging is something you have to consider. For example, my summon necro had no enigma, he had an amulet with teleport charges. 1 teleport cost about 8000 gold, so I really could not do sorceress-like teleporting from waypoints to act bosses; just used it to control my summons when needed.
