elemental build stats?

im making a hurricane, i kinda messed up on the tree skills, but for stat points what should i do? im going to have a grizzly too :D

but im thinking, ill have hurricane, which just hurts things that are close to me so ill do that and attack, so like i need to know how much str and stuff, specially for what i need for certain items to equip.

but for stat points what should i do?The same stat outline for pretty much any class.
-enough strength for gear
-enough dexterity for gear or for max block
-rest into vitality
-none into energy

well thats what im wondering, how much do i need for equips? :P i unno which equips ill even use :P
