hi all im sure this had been asked amil times before, but oh well ..
how is ias and fcr related to traps. I mean imo fcr is the speed of layin of traps, while ias is the speed with which the traps cast(and is that speed fixed or can it be increased)
is that true or not?

As already said, trap-laying speed is IAS based, and the tables for it are pinned. As far as firing rates go, they're fixed in all cases for the traps where it applies.
