i jsut found this perfect diadem and i was wondering if i should keep it or trade it?

I would add 3 sockets to it and make a Dream if I were you.Yes, that's from far the best option. You can trade it easily for Pul-Um (on Europe). Btw, I'm not sure you can imbue superior items by Charsi.
