Would this be considered a Baal GC considering that I found it from Eldritch (the boar thingie above the Frigid wp)?

What defines a Baal GC? Is it the life mod? I've tried the search tool, but there seems to be errors with it everytime I try to use it.

Sorry if the picture is crappy, it's a Grand Charm of Substenance with +35 Life.

A baal GC is dropped in hell difficulty by Baal, Diablo or Nihlathak

Because only baal,diablo and nihlathak gc's are capable of getting a 41-45 life mod. So you could reroll that gc until you get a skiller with 41-45 life. Those are ones of the most expensive items in the game.
