Spirit or Lidless for Trapper?

Hi as topic, I'm wondering what to use, Spirit Monarch (154 str reg.) or Lidless? Im not sure, and I'm going to be using all the other highend gear like Eni, Hoto, merc Infinity, and im picking out my eni atm, so i need a help on the str stats bit.

spirit - a massive fhr and mana boost, as well as loads of fcr. And you get some res in the mix as well:starry:
