what do key sets do?

i just traded for 3 key sets and i have no idea what they do lol... someone help please.

They're used to open portals to kill Ubers (Duriel, Izzy, and Lillith). They each drop an organ. You transmute the three organs to open Uber Trist, where you'll find Uber versions of Meph, Diablo, and Baal. If you defeat all three, a Torch (unique Large Charm with +3 to skills and 10-20 to all stats and all resists) will drop.
