Is a trapper fully synergised, but with few + to skills a viable hell build? I'm looking for a particular look to my first assasin and the items aren't the usual + to skills ones such as shako,enigma,etc.

Make a Treachery, then shop yourself some +3 Trap Claws, +3 Trap ammy, and +3 Trap circlet. That's +11 to traps right there.
