Any suggestions on how to make him better

I was thinking maybe metalgrid/dragon/hoj instead of my current gear?

Gore rider for boots for crushing blow/deadly strike/open wounds. Verdungo belt because you need some damage reduction. Shael the azurewrath and use highlord's to hit last zeal breakpoint (I guess you are using conviction and not fanaticism). If you lose some resists this way, fix them by sacrificing one raven or by using charms. If you rebuild and use dragon/hoj,you have to invest in resist fire. Probably you will lose zeal or holy shield skill points. I would use a beast caduceus. It solves the crushing blow and ias issue almost on its own.

Metalgrid definitely, don't use dracs, they're crappy. Use magnus's skin gloves (100 AR 15% fire res 20% ias). Fort kinda works but I would never use it on an auradin. I've always used either a CoH or a guardian angel, you could also use an upped um'd shaftstop if you really want PDR. Azure won't have a high enough ias unless you use highlords (HAHA have fun sucking vs everything with that pos ammy), so dump that for either a botd phase or a rare pb with 40% ias and a 15% ias jewel (possibly a 15 ias 15 res all jewel). I'm using a last wish phase, but only for pvm.

IK belt? Treks? What are you smoking. I haven't used ik belt since I built a melee sorc, and that was just for the str and some other stuff, things an auradin doesn't need. Use tgod's. Treks? Are you a caster son? Do you use bone spirit or blessed hammer or orb? Get rid of those things. Use either infernostrides (upped) or waterwalks (upped), depending on how good your resists are, and how stacked you can get them without fernos. If you decide not to go guardian angel, I suggest infernos, no contest. 95 lit and fire res will make you a power tank. My pally has 95 90 95 90 resists and can tank the ubers better than a smiter (I haven't died from ubers yet). Other than that, keep the ravens. Cold absorb is good and the dex, AR, and mana are necessary.

It would be good to know if you're pvm or pvp tho... hard to say what config is best without knowing that.

Hmm a bit hostile but thanks for the advice, I use dracs for lifetap, ik belt for res and treks cuz they were the best thing I had. I spent all of my wealth on this char so heres what the final cut might be

Yeah Beast caddy seems good. I second the gore riders if you don't get it.

Also if I am not mistaken a phase blade needs 72 ias without fana for 4fpa zeal. So azure(30) + shael(20) + hlords(20) is just not enough and you need nos coil as well, or don' bother and use something else in the socket and go with metalgrid...

Yes nosferatu is needed for max zeal speed. And yes all zealots should hit at 4fpa. Is that pvm (my guess) or pvp by the way?
