Don't max weapon block. It's not worth it. Also it CANNOT reach 75% block. Also i doubt that it would depend from dex. So lower down your dex and your points in Weapon block, instead max out Mind Blast for longer "swirlies" duration. Also you want to have a point in Wake of Fire, dunno if you listed it or not, I'm too sleepy to check that.

Why FCR? I see, you MIGHT want to have some break point for MB, but sacrificing mass amounts of gear for only MB and TELE is useless. Oh, and also, you should rather use Enigma over Bramble, since Dflight is too sloppy to catch off good sorcs. For that you will need teleport.

You don't need to sacrifice much to get some decent FCR. There's no good reason to stick with Verdungo's over Arachnid's since he's already got maxed PDR when he uses Fade. Highlord's doesn't do much either given the low physical damage on a WW-sin, so replace that with an FCR ammy and he's at the 45% BP. Depending on how good the ammy is, he might be able to hit the 65% BP by swapping one Raven for a FCR ring (he already has overkill on dex).
