But where is the best place to find the weapon and the boots ?

weapon from hell baal, frozenstein and pindle
Boots from nm or hell cow king (is by far the best)

I now have three Nat's Claws, and all of them were found in level 85 areas. Although your best bet would be to farm hell baal, frozenstein and pindle (as Kijya said), don't forget that you can also clear level 85 areas.
