I made a tesladin w/ only 10 in zeal, but w/ lvl 21 conviction which I believe has -90% to defense. I was going toe to toe w/ friends in duels (of similar defense) and they were hittin me at least twice as much as i hit them.
So is there some wierd catch to the -def% from conviction's aura? Does it work like -target's def mod on weps? I know that it just takes from base def and not from the overall skill boosted def (e.g. shout, holyshield, werebear).
CAn an expert chime in and educate me please.
