Does life tap works with phisical ranged atracks? like the zons bows,please

Er, i see zons cast lifetap all the time with bows. Seems to heal them pretty quick too.

yeah life tap can be casted with bow cuz when i uses widow maker on Barb the whole idea is to cast OW as well as Life tap on hammerdins or Windy druids

Yes it does. That's why BvCs use widow for OW + lifetap.

Lifetap works on any physical attack that can normally leech, as well as smite.
