Howdy,

I'm currently making a zealer/smiter for uber runs and I have an upped hoz (zak shield) and maxed holy shield, anyone have any idea how much dex I should have for an 85-90 pally for max block?

Thanks for any help,
Robes

RobesIf I had to guess at a number I'd say you want around 125? or so dext with equip. then as you lvl up, start out by equipping holy shield. and check for block. if its 75% dont do a thing. If not add 1 point to dext, and recheck. and do it 1 point at a time and recheck. every time you hit 75% I would suggest you put the rest in vita

It would really help if you said what shield you are using since all shields have a different base % of blocking?

The 'any idea' is to read stickies, use search functions and stop asking quiestions that have been answered like 10000 times before.

He did, he mentioned that he was using an upp'd HoZ. Don't worry, you're not the only one to gloss over some info, I've done it alot of times

Robes, assuming that you're not using a Guardian Angel, and assuming that you're using a lvl20 - lvl22 Holy Shield, then you'll need about 124 dex at lvl 85 and 131 dex at lvl 90 to maintain 75% Block rate.

A Holy Shield higher than 22 will decrease this very slightly. At level 85, you would still need around 124 dex for max block, but at level 90 you would only need 130 dex.

Shame on me, again

Thanks a lot guys. As for bluz, not everyone has the time to sift through search results to find little pieces of information all the time buddy and since I figured a lot of folks would probably know this one off the top of their head I don't see the problem with asking.

Thanks again for the info,
Robes
