What's the deal with Strafe and A/D/E?

I'm wondering why Straferzons don't use more than one skillpoint in A/D/E?
Since Straferzons have very low HP, many of them have base VIT, so my guess would be that A/D/E is one of the reasons they remain alive, especially in PvP. Why don't they put let's say 4 points to each, so they will have quite a chance to negate an upcoming attack.
And there is the Strafelock, which I don't quite understand, since when strafing the character is locked anyway.

Another simple question:
Is it worth to spend any skillpoints in Decoy when using Valkyrie only for the HP boost? If a single skillpoint in Valkyrie gives a +20% HP bonus then I guess that Valkyrie will have unlimited HP if Decoy gets maxed and she'll never die.

1 point is usually enough since with full gear the +Skills can push you to 50% (50/60/50% actually) at sLvl13. After that you are looking at 1-2% increase per skill point which realy isnt worth the investment.

Valk is alrady almost unkillable if you put 20 pts into it and leave decoy @ base. Decoy is the kind of skill that needs to be recast often so the extra HP doesn't help it either.

Well I'm playing currently PvM and here's my built:

Strafe 20
E/D/A 1 each
Valkyrie 20
Penetrate 20
Pierce 10-12
Critical 10-12

Can anyone survive in PvP with base VIT? cause I won't put a point there.

Probably not. I'd recommend not using a dexazon for pvp. They are quite fragile.

ok it would be probably better to play PvM even in open with other players.
Is it possible to get attacked in Open without being hostile to anyone?
I don't want to get attacked by an idiot for no reason.

If you get hostiled, just leave game. Also, you can password your games so others cannot join unless they know your password. Besides, why play in Open when you can play on the realms? Open is so hacked......, you won't ever survive PvP there anyways.
