how do u get enough strength to wear a ap engima without putting any points into strength at all? (referring to a kicker//ww hybrid build equip)

20 points base str + 20, assuming a perfect torch/anni + 10 from chaos =50 str points

archon plate has a req of 103, 103-50=53 points?? where do those come from?

even assuming an ammy with 20 str, and a 10fcr ring with say 10-15 str, that's still not enough and i'm assuming there won't be any str from the helm assuming they are wearing Coa or 08 valk.

am i missing sumthing obvious? thx

You are missing the obvoius - Speeder's build did not add any extra points to wear the Archon Plate. The points he spent were to wear the Crown of Ages helm, which has massive reqs. Meeting the pidly 103 str for Archon was a joke next to that.

Also - it could potentially be 20 EACH, from torch + anni. Giving 20+ 20 + 20 = 60. Then, if you want to get obscenely expensive, with a 20 str amulet and 15 str ring, you have 95 - and I've heard of rare fcr rings having upwards of 25 strength on them, putting you at 105.

Still - with 55 after torch/anni, you can wear a mp enigma, which IMO is just as good, if you can go without investing strength. You lose about 300 defense, but really, sins don't have high defense anyway. Putting on the nigma will add 60 strength at level 80, which is 115 total - enough for runic talons, which you can then equip a runic chaos for 125 total. Going up to level 90 adds another... 8 strength, I believe, for 133. If you're going to use COA or any sort of myrmidon greaves, you're going to have to invest in strength anyway.
