which wep to use

Im currently building a cs zon (all lightning based) and Im not sure what wep to use:

199% titans 8%LL (non-eth)

-or-

+3 Thunder Stroke (not sure what the %ED is)

Rest of my equip-
Shako (+dex/+res jewel)
2x ravens
Cats Eye ammy
Treks
Bloodfist gloves
Tgods
SS (soc with light facet)
COH (still need to get)
And then I have a Lycs (nef) on switch for leech

There is no reason to ever use thunderstroke in pvm
