Be aware that this claw has no Ed% so its like a rare claw with max damage per level and AR per level and it also has 40%IAS

so is it good for WW sin off-hand whirlwind?

So it's basically a fool's claw of quickness... no I wouldn't consider it on a ww sin, actually it's charsi food imo. But I was wrong last time someone wanted a PC on a rare claw, so better get 2nd oppinion:scratch:

Fools claw with one socket - very far from ideal, but someone who can't afford Fury might like it.
