CTC + Werebear

I was testing a Hwain armor on my Bearzon because the 100 Life and CtC Static looked helpful. Yet, it didn't activate once in Bear form, only when I unshifted.

From what I've seen, there's no problem between CTC and an alternate form.

I've been testing the Hwain, and Static NEVER activates.

There must be a problem with the bear form then, i've used it on my wolf and merc's a plenty and it always activated.

This sucks. I overtraded for the Hwains because I couldn't find one, and then rushed into 15 IAS Jeweling it so that my Bear could still hit the 8 mark...It's a BearZon. Hmm. Maybe I really just have extremely terrible luck...I'll keep testing.
