i got a dc assa using bartuc "sheal" and jade talon using a lvl 25 bos (yes i know that is too high) the question is how much ias do i need to hit the last bp because the calculator says something diffrent then the ias tabels

The IAS tables are wrong for this attack, and the calculator has a good chance of being wrong. The best way to do this is via the equation for EIAS and the EIAS tables (which are not wrong).

EIAS = SIAS +120*IAS/(120+IAS) - WSM

SIAS = IAS from BoS
IAS = Equipment IAS (not counting secondary claw)
WSM = average base speed of claws (-30 bartucs and -10 jade make -20 average)

The tables have 91 EIAS as the fastest speed (10 frames for two claws i.e. 5 fpa). Level 25 BoS is 54. That means you have EIAS = 45 - (-20) = 65 EIAS without any equipment counted. That leaves 26 EIAS to be gotten from equipment. By the diminishing returns formula, 35 IAS gives 27 EIAS, so you need another 35 IAS from equipment.

Again, you need 35 IAS from equipment, and none of it can be on your secondary claw (the one over your boots).
