just need to clear a few things in my head...

CS and LF, are they pure lite attacks? they dont have any other attack types in a typical CS/LF zon?

and can i leech when using CS/LF?

the dmg of CS, is it the dmg of each bolt?

does IAS increase the attack speed, or FCR?

CS and LF are pure lightning, but if you have enough AR the poke/toss will deal the additional damage of a normal poke/toss to the target it actually hits. This only really pertains to leeching issues as the additional damage is insignificant in comparison to the lightning damage you're dishing out. (I prefer to use Jab with a Might Merc to take care of lightning immunes; some like the poison skills, others like to use a bow on switch.)

Listed CS damage is per bolt. It's possible to position yourself so that every single bolt hits a larger target, but normally only a few bolts will connect with whatever you're actually targetting.

It's an attack, not a spell. IAS is your friend.

but whether or not the javelin(in this case, titans) is a upped titans or not, it wouldn't alter the damage of CS/LF?

No, Up'd Titans don't change CS/LF damage but if you hit your target with the jav you will deal considerably more physical damage which results in better leaching.
