Choice between 4 bows for frostmaiden...

I have a Kuko, a Magewrath, and a Wizendraw upgraded to a large siege bow. I also have the necessary runes to make a Harmony bow, I just need a fast 4os bow. I can't seem to decide which to use. Assume that all of the bows are low (low ED%, because that's how my luck goes). They all reach 3fpa strafe. Wizendraw is obvious because of the -31% enemy cold resistances. Kuko has that SWEET 50% pierce on it, as well as +3 to bow skills and 40-180 fire damage. Magewrath has 15% ML, higher damage than Kuko, +250 to AR, hit blinds target (!), and +1 to amazon skills. Harmony will probably do the most damage and it has skills to prebuff valk and the vigor aura.

As soon as I find a suitable bow, I will probably use a harmony on switch for cold immunes and valk prebuffing. For my bow carrying freezing arrows, I can't decide. -31% cold resist is very nice, but is it worth giving up the extra damage, +skills, and 50% pierce or mana leech? Or are those 3 bows crap and I should just use a Harmony for everything?

I used a harmony made out of a 13ed Hydra bow through all of hell and it worked ok. Couldn't do much in a multiplayer game but by myself it was ok.

Try full m'avina set aswell, it's very nice for frostmaiden.

I would go for wizen myself, since -31% resist is at least as good as +31% damage (a lot better in some cases). The big issue (mana) can be solved by insight. I would just shove a razortail on her for the pierce.

I got the experience from playing Tal's sorc, mainly, and -resist is just godly.

I still think that Buriza is the best bow for a Frostmaiden. It's slower speed is offset by the fact that everything you hit is frozen for longer. I had a Frostmaiden last season in full Mav with Buriza on switch and used the Buriza most of the time. That's my preference anyway.

imo make harmony in a hydra or crusader, that gives you the option of throwing it on an act 1 merc at any point for the nice aura.

AND...if you ever get serious with this game....try an "Ice" runeword in a Matrial bow...it's perfect bow for this build....like I said, if you really get into it and obtain wealth, consider this as a "forever" bow for this build...

Mav's set and Harmony bow are the best options so far though

I vote Harmony in +skills Mat bow. It's fast and effective.

I second Wmeredith, a harmony in a +3b&c skills Matriarchal bow is very nice due to the speed (-10) and the pretty nice dmg. Seeing it has no xtra ias from the runeword, don't make it in slow bows.
