Yes I play Single player, okay now I know that I can't trade rune word.. I have got the items with my Paladin in single player.

I got them from killing monsters and I used the horadric cube a lot.

Hello UberFowler and welcome to the Single Player Forum. :smiley:

I don't want to be mean, so don't take this as offensive; I am not accusing you of anything, but I'm going to try and clear up some of your confusion.

The members of the forum are suspicious because you have two very good Runes - and their more aggresive attitude comes out for the safety of the forum, as this is a forum that tries to eliminate all chances of "cheating", simply put.

Enigma, or Jah Ith Ber, is composed of two uber-hard-to-find Runes, Jah, and Ber. Their drop rates are so low, it's nearly impossible to ever find one - two is extremely lucky.

The people who have found their high Runes remember the 5 W's (except for why) of the moment their high Rune was dropped, simply because, it's not everyday these things drop. Killing a lot of monsters - we've all done that. Few of us have an Enigma. To make matters worse, usually those who find Jah and Ber have killed so many monsters that their For Trade list is quite extensive. On the other hand, your For Trade list is kind of limited (no offense again).

It is hard to cube up to a Jah or Ber. If you use simple Runes like Mal, Ist, Gul, etc. which are already pretty rare, it will still take a lot of those Runes. The only chance of ever cubing up to a Jah or Ber is if you've found the Runes right below them, which are also very rare.

Anyway, hope that clears some stuff up, and I wish you good luck. :smiley:

And if you do survive the witch-hunt, you want to head on to the main SP forum to introduce yourself (it is protocol here) before you start trading. Also, your ISO is very rare - you might want to add a few more EUs to your For Trade list before making another attempt at Stormlash or Schaefer's Hammer.

well actually there is 4 high runes, Vex and Ohm in his Exile (altough these COULD easily be cubed(compared to Jah/Ber))

Oh....well its not considered cheating by the majority of members here. IF it is used for muling and muling only that is...
some that consider ATMA cheating says so due to that fact that SP shouldn't include the benefits of muling, just use your inventory and stash.
Dude UberFowler, you should be trying to explain yourself (concerning the runes). And make an introduction post in the Single Player Forum (not here). That way people will tend to trust you more.

EDIT: I forgot to add ATMA is also used for trading stuffs, and of course for calculating drop possibilities.

I hate to spoil the fun for you people suspecting him of cheating but with my poison necro and naj's puzzler a countess run in hell takes players 3 takes about 60-90 seconds with a good map mine is average for countess but uber for mephisto 3.5 second walk time from teleport to levle 3 anyhow for me the longest part of countess is to get the merc to actually kill her cause he has skullders if I really wanted too and spent a week on her I could easly cube jah and ber although if I had those runes I would A) use them for something better than a nigma B) would not put it up for trade but without knowing anything about him I would'nt call him a cheater also he could have gone on open bnet although that more or less the same as using some 3rd party program to create the runes :P

enigma is not the best I'd take chains of honour over a nigma unless for pvp
but if you don't really need the teleport imo chains > nigma also chains are cheaper you get dol and um are rather common ist u get for hellforge in hell only hard 1 is ber. I dont have the sanity for 100k runs -.- but some do I'm saying if you sit on your *** 12 hours a day for a week with a good mf build you should be able to cube quite high

oh btw how much is a schafers worth ?? I'd love that hammer or perhaps even stormlash just roughly what would it take to trade form them arreats face ?? HoZ 100 pgems ??

sorry Xena1985, but I suspect that there'd be more than handful of legit enigma's around if it only took a week to cube the runes... IIRC, 1 Ist/thousand Countess runs = almost 200k runs to cube a ber & jah... At 60-90 seconds per run, you're looking at a serious time investment. I've done around 2000 Countess runs, and I might have enough to cube a Gul, and sadly I'd be surprised if I spent less than 168 hours total already.

Edit: Also FYI, MagicFind has no affect on rune drops.

Nevertheless, I'm surprised AE hasn't stepped up yet and closed/commented on this thread. I also am quite suspicious, and am reporting this thread.

It would take serious time investment and I would'nt do it but you can't reall yaccuse some1 of cheating just for owning an enigma and dont take atma stats to seriouslu nearly every time I do hell meph I've got the best possible map) I get something that atma says should drop 1/1000 times

also how much is a schaefers ?? since this is the thread topic I probably can't afford 1 ..... but it would be nice to know I have a um and an ist if only runes were allowed both from hell hellforge -.- your right about runes being rare.

mf has no effect ................. my the n00b damn now i can kill countess 2wice as fast can I can run her without keeping the bloody merc alive he has a habit of being just the worng place at wrong time :D and more money for gambling evry now and than I get a tradeable ammy oh and recently I picked up a cat's eye from her 1/50k according to atma :D

About Hell Mephisto: Let's say there is a bag of marbles of 10000 different colors. You reach your hand into it and pull out one marble, what is the probability of getting a red marble? Ans: 1:10000. So let's take meph as the bag of marbles and when you kill him he drops something. Whatever he drops the probability of that item dropped is 1:10000. Of course it's not so simple.

About Schaefer's: Runes are not allowed to be traded in this trading forum. Schaefer's is quite expensive as it is very rare.

how expensive is expensive how many skillers/ pgems / tc 87 like arreats face would it take I know rune tradeing is not allowed but I would not trade my high runes even if it were
