How does it work in PvP??? Does it work before defense modifiers, or will it just change that 80k barb's defense to 79800 ?

It works on base defense, thats why its a great skill for pvp jabber or other melee attack using amazon.

I suppose this really is a skill worth investing in... seems like it might cut barbs/zealers defense in half, in certain cases.
