WW Barb Gear question

my friend has a WW barb an wants to know a good gear setup , I gave him a BoTD cause he wanted it an it seems to do well. Hes a PvM barb,has valor armor+2skills 900+def,he has a bul5% ring he found.also got him arrets and a BTORCH 20/18(was unid but he was lucky)

can anyone give me a few ideas for what to look for to get him.I got 4hrs to get him sum gear.

Armor:Valor+2
Helm:arrets 3%
Boot:??
Gloves:??
Belt:??
Ring1:Bul5%
Ring2:??
Ammy:??

?? I have no clue what hes got on in those slots, but he wanted a belt an such, so I fugure it all needs upgrades . so any ideas on how to make him better geared would be nice.

I think Im try to get Gores,tgods, or pride for him first . I dont think 4hrs would get all that stuff =/

raven are better the BK rings?Ravenfrost has CBF, dexterity, AR, all crucial mods for a WW barb. The +1 skill on BK isn't that significant on a physical damage char, the +life/level on BK doesn't get multiplied by BO, and the leech is already covered by the BotD.

if your friend don't mind repairing, replace 2handed botd wit 2 34+ grief zerker... much, much more effective.

other than rend, laying of hands is also a viable glov for PvM.

I don't think you would need merc for WW barbs...though it's nice to have one...

The problem would be keeping your mana up to sustain whirls. You'd be better off using frenzy/conc against ubers with dracul's for life tap.
