I decided finally to make a pvp barb with iron skin, natural resistance, increase speed, battle command and orders maxed. Not enough skill points to max these all, prolly ill put little points in batlle comands and in natural resistance (ill stop when i see in hell i have 75 resist - or prolly this skill is crap and cant do that even maxed)
Whitout points in masteries and other things prolly he must run and hit the oponent 100 times to kill it... But for me is important to not die, no matter i cant win... A draw is ok :azn:
Any advices? i wont reduce the points for Iron, speed and resist anyway. And about battle command or orders dont know where to put more points...
What merc i should use? I saw act 2 mercs aura isnt active at begin sometiems and i dont use them in pvp. Ill try a act 1 merc with a Harmony who give lvl 17 vigor aura! (and add barb main speed, ill be a racket)
Im kinda poor, what equipament i should use?

And about battle command or orders dont know where to put more points...Max Battle Orders. You only need one point in Battle Command.
Don't max Natural Resist or Increased Speed; one point in each of those is enough. Be sure to max out your weapon Mastery: the increased damage and AR is really beneficial.

u answer while i edited my post, i repeat first priority is to not die, no matter i cant have a deadly hit. U sure more points in resist or speed arent good? Resist and speed ill be improved with more points, so i think is good
And with some poison charms and a wep with poison his atack can be deadly, but after a lot of runs to oponent, right...
but im not a expert, ill be a test barb prolly

Please man, looking at your idea makes me cringe :duh: . Look at the guides and other posts. Natural resist and increased speed both have severe deminishing returns and after any more than 2-5 pts they are terrible investments. Forget psn. Unless your calculating in the psn dmg from venom off of greif, psn is way too slow. Use your combat skills! Unless your a wolfbarb there is NO REASON for you to not invest at least a few pts into the combat tree. Think this through, read the guides, DO NOT MAKE YOUR ORIGNAL PLAN :worry: , unless your will just to make this some build to just mess around with.

max everything you want, a hammerdin will come near you cast 3-4 hammers and you will die
or a trapper
or a bone necro
or a bowazon
or ANYTHING
don't waste your time

u mean a barb die generally in pvp or u speak about my build? u just confused me
ok forget my build, i have other question, a trowing barb must max. trow masteries, but frenzy help here? Also Frenzy when is active should increase run speed but he do that only if u hit some, right?

yes frenzy requires a hit or attempt at a hit to increase run/attack speed
what i meant by my comment was that you can max all the defensive skills you want, it won't matter when a hammerdin/elemental char comes at you and kills you in a few casts

What Omikron said is true, it requires strategy and actual experience to take casters down. Especially with the RIGHT equipment
defensive skills r fine but think about killing ww is a great pvp skill and no matter wat finishes
As other have mentioned, you don't need more than 1 battle command, inc speed, or natural resist. Nat Resist hits diminishing returns in the 5-6 range, which you will be at with good gear, 1 battle command, and 1 NR. Battle Command gets NO bonus per point invested other than duration, which doesn't matter since BO/Shout boost its duration.
On that note, you need to max BO, and Shout is much better than Ironskin. You need an attack skill, like whirlwind. Finally, you need to decide what kind of pvp opponents you want to fight. If you want to fight casters, you'll need 19-22 points of Leap to stun them in place long enough for you to teleport and whirl through them. If you're fighting melee opponents, you'll need a shield and a lot of AR; your leftover points in that case can go into ironskin.
