or rather, is it viable?
i mean they got the uber fcr and the stun and the crowd control (howl) AND the resists from dual ______.

viable?
good?
bad?

only prob i see is no leech but thaz a big problem

No Life Tap=good luck trying to survive.
A singer's damage just won't cut it. The Ubers' life regenerate too fast.
Stick with the Frenzy barb.

My friend's 95 singer goes into trist games with me. Level 50 bo + howl = 30 second uber games.

YUK... dude thaz disgusting considering that a good singer will only do like 1.8k dmg
r they ne good at pvm at all tho?

Depends on what you consider "good".
Can they complete the game by themselves and their merc? Yes, slowly.
Can they tear through 8 player games like hammerdins and light sorcs? No.
