bloke the lvl req is 52. also i just thought it might be good for a bvc to catch 200% fcr fireballers or a pvp singer to hit one of cast bps

For a bvc it would be terrible. For a pvp singer it may be a decent choice if arreats is not on hand. It may work for a mld pvp singer but those are pretty rare, if not non existant. Hold on to it, it may be a fun item to mess with later on. Just wondering though, wut do u personally value it at?

dunno. right now it is adding 20 fcr and some res to one of my pvp sorcs:grin:
