Bo/shout/battle command barb

Hi all !

I have two computers and I was thinking about a great idea: doing a barb which is the best doing Bo/shout/battle command to my other characters !

There's what I think I could do:

Skills

1 Howl
20 Shout
20 Battle orders
20 Battle command

I put the rest in iron skin and natural resist, since this barb will not hit monsters, he will only leech experience to my sorc who will do the killing during baal runs. I may also use it in pvp, it could be amazing !

Charms

9x warcies gcs
1x barb torch

Équipement

Helm: a barb helm with +3 BO and 3 open socket where I will put delirium for the +2 all skills.

Amy: +3 warcies amy

Armor : rune word Myth (3 os armor : Hel+Amn+Nef) +2 barb skills

Weapon 1 et 2 (pour bo/shout/bc) : 2x+3 warcies spear. Maybe 1x+3 warcies and 1 3/3 cta, since everybody seems to believe that double cta doesn't work for barbs.

Weapon :1 to resist while the sorc is doing the killing: swordguard : +10 to 20 all resists
Shield whistan’s guard or storm shield ? I really don't know.

Belt : arach (+1 all skills)

Ring 1 et 2: 2xbk or sojs.

Boots: I don't know: I need defensive gloves.

Gants: I don't know: I need defensive gloves.

Merc (may help lvling my barb and sorc) Normal act 2 defense : Defiance : increase defense

Guys:, I ask: is it good ? what gloves/boots ? Comments ?

I forgot to mention stats:

Strenght: Just enough for equip
Dex: Max block wiht storm shield or whistan's guard
vitality: the rest
Energy: 0

Hey man,

Really, it doesn't matter much. I imagine this is for single private games, for Magic Finding, or other type runs; or possibly just to join a pubby game and to buff (which is less useful since most pubbies already have BO whores).

So in short; while it's cool to have a Bo to help our your Magic Find boss runes, or area runs, it's not worth investing in, because the overall difference from BS20 to BS46 may seem great, but it doesn't actually speed up your MF runs, nor help you live totally longer in the first place. The base life must be high to benefit en masse.

So yea, make a cry-slave to help run your other characters, but max block, etc isn't neccessary. Max life isn't neccessary either. Just focus on using whatever gear he'll wear end-game and put the rest in Vitalitiy. No need to go further than 20's for private runs.
