ik maul

i just got an ik maul form a friend and it has 2 empty sockets. what would be the best thing to put in it? thanks in advance

40/15s are too expensive to be used in an IK maul.

Some combination of ias jewels and/or shaels, so that you have at least +30% ias in addition to the standard 40 on the maul. Putting anything else in the IK maul is a very big mistake.
