so i found an ethereal Thunder Maul the other day, and thought, this would be a pretty cool BotD weap for a fury werewolf.
Then i looked on Dragoon's calculator, and from what i could tell (i had the cached page only which is all F-ed up, so i'm ont sure i entered the info right) a BotD Tmaul would have a 6fpa fury, which would be pretty decent, though not the best. And the damage would probably be insane, which is just fun :D
should i make it?? Or would this weapon be too slow to be viable in hell w/ multiple players in the game.

Mauls are usually fast on werewolf, I wouldn't mind trying it out so give it a try!

Another question or two:
what would be the entire fpa for a BotD Tmaul? I think it would be 9/6/6/6/6? correct me if i'm wrong. Right now i'm using an upped ribcracker (shaeled) and (i think) that's at 8/5/5/5/5, so 1frame slower shouldn't be TOO much of a hindrance. Although the 50% cb of ribcracker is nice....
lemme know what you think!!

One question, pvp or pvm?
pvp is definetly EBOTD TMaul 1 frame slower (1k damage)
pvm Upped ribcracker does it good and has the 50%cb
no.
pvp an ebotd thunder maul hasnt the range or the speed to be of any use.
its a fun pvm weapon, pvp the oly botd's are ebotd gp, or gt and beserker axe (all of them hit 9/5 and the 2 handers are range 5)

Ya I've dueled some ebotd tm werewolfs. They're a joke.
Don't make one.
If you want 1k damage use a ebotd gpa.

i'm sorry, I should have been specific about this in my first post. this is definitely for PVM ONLY.
My basic question is, is this maul significantly better than the upped ribcracker i use now? WOuld it be worth it to make for pvm play??
thanks for the input

::EDIT:: wow, pretty much everyone responded as if i was talking about pvp. Am i the only one that plays mostly pvm anymore? :hanky:
