lvl req on Oath and Obidience ?

Anyone know the lvl reqs on these runewords ?

Yes.

Lowest req possible is via the rune level.

Oath = 49 (Mal rune).
Obedience = 59 for Lo rune.
Higher if you use a higher lvl req weapon.

Since when does Obedience require Lo? Hell, it doesn't even require an Io... it's fal, EG 41.

But yeah, in most cases the level will be determined by the item you put the runes in.
