This build is for PvA (Pally vs All). The only chars that will give you a hard time are...well, chars like this one. This char is built for everyone and is very expensive, so if you dont have the gear selected, you cant really make.

----------------------------------------------------------------------

Stats:

Strength: Around 65. Depends on your Anni and Torch.

Dexterity: Right around 100, based the gear you will have, it should take you to max block.

Vitality: Everything else.

Energy Nothing.
-----------------------------------------------------------------
Skills:

1 Point in all Prerequisite Skills.

1st: Max: Blessed Hammers.

2nd: Max: Concentration.

3rd: Max: Vigor.

4th: Max: Blessed Aim.

5th: 10 points in either of the Resist auras or rest in Holy shield. It depends who you have a hard time against. I put in 10 in Resist Cold Aura and the rest in Holy Shield. That gives me a nice 80 cold resist.

-----------------------------------------------------------------
Primary Gear

Weapon; Wizardspike (Socket with 15res/ 7fhr).

Armor; Archon Plate Enigma.

Helm; Crown of Ages (Socket with Ber, Ber).

Ring; Raven Frost (20 Dex).

Ring; Stone of Jordan

Amulet; Crafted with +1or2 skills, 20fcr, and other mods.

Shield; Spirit runeword in Sacred Targe with 45 Resist (Must have 35fcr)

Belt; Tgods.

Boots; Hotspurs (Upgrade them to elite for style and def).

Gloves; Trang gloves.

Switch; Call To Arms.
Switch; Spirit runeword.

----------------------------------------------------------------
Inventory

Annihilus (The more stats, the less having to put in).

Pally Torch (Again, more stats saves stats).

Pally Combats Grand Charms (I like having 7 Gc's with 12+life)

Small Charms (20 Life and Resists).

-----------------------------------------------------------------
Stash

Kiras (socket with Um).
Wisp rings.
Dwarf Star rings.
Raven Frost ring.
Hoto (When duelling Hammerdins)
Arach belt.
Snowclash belt.
Dungos belt.
Shako helm.

------------------------------------------------------------
Conclusion

With the primary gear, you will have a:
125fcr; a must when your up against casters
87fhr; that reaches the best break point that you will get.
2.9k Life; depending on charms, stats, and BO lvl.
900 Mana; same as above
10-11k dmg; thats enough to kill most with 1 hit.
11k Def; Good def = harder to get hit
75% Block; Max block = even harder to get hit
Huge Resists; 90/80/85/75 resists wearing my primary gear. I put 10 points in Resist Cold, since I had a hard time with cold sorces.

---------------------------------------------------------------
When Duelling...wear...

vs Hammerdins and PnB Necros; Wear Shako, Arach, Hoto, and the rest of primary. This keeps you at 125fcr which is faster then most hammerdins and it will boost your dmg to 13-14k.

*Tip* vs Hammerdins, if they are standing in one place and just casting hammers, tele right below them and hammer them, their hammers will not hit you if your directly below them.

vs Smite/Zeal or melee chars; Wear Coa, Dungos, and your primary. This gives 125fcr, 10-11k dmg, and over 12k def.

vs Sorces; Wear Coa, the ring and belt that suits the element, and your primary. If your still having a hard time, which you shouldnt, then put on kiras and another ring that suits the element. You should be getting very little dmg if not sorbing.

*Tip* vs Cold sorces, drink the Thawing potions in Akara, it boosts your cold resist. The more you drink, the longer the resist will last.

vs Trapper or CS Zon; Wear Primary gear. If your having a hard time, put on two wisps and heal from them.

*Tip* vs Trappers, if your being stunned by the traps or by mind blast and cant get out of it, charge away.

There you have it. Some of you may think this build is a BM build, but I dont care! This build is for those who like to take their stress of life on those people that care about being a "Good Manner" dueller. With this build(when played right), you shouldnt lose in pubs and when you kill them all, dont forget to collect the $$$. Just dont try to nk, because you can kill them anyways. If they start to cry, just say this, "Tissue for your Issue?" haha heard that from someone and thought it was funny, all credit goes to that person.

Anyways, feel free to comment on any mistakes I've made or suggestions.

So.. basically this is a hammerdin.

Hmm...yeah, but most hammerdins use one setup. This one can duel all. Dont tell me that just because its a hammerdin, it doesnt need a build.

Yes, most hammerdins you find in pubs/MF games use one set-up.

This is pretty much a hammerdin that has less life than a normal hdin, with the ability to put on a CoA.

So are you saying that this post is pointless? There are a few other things that most one setup hammerdins dont wear, like Spirit, hotspurs, crafted ammy, heck even my wizzy.

If you do think this post is pointless then all the others are pointless aswell, the windy, pnb, cs zon, ww barb, all sorces, etc.

First off, people appreciate it if you comment on their posts by specifically stating reasons why you do or do not agree. However, I must agree that this isn't so much a new build as it is a gear setup. This is a Hammerdin with some basic absorb and DR% gear. There is nothing more to say, really.

PS: I find myself affected by the public dueling games on BNet, in that I found myself just refering to 76%+ resist as absorb. I'm afraid that many, if not all casters will brand you a "nub sorber" for having over 75% resist to an element. I know that my own Hammerdin's Infernostride and TGods angers many a Sorceress or Trapsin (seriously, if 20 absorb totally nullifies you, you need to do more damage).

Uh yeah. All the other classes are pointless.. right.

Like I said, this is basically a hammerdin that has less life [this is due to using a Spirit and a CoA] but has the ability to wear a CoA.

The hotspurs, the Wizspike, the ammy, and pretty much all of the gear are standard in most stashes [spurs only if you want to nullify fire]. The only thing that's not really standard would be the CoA and Spirit.

Also, explain what the whole 'pointless' thing is about. :]

When I said pointless, I ment was it pointless for me taking the time to post this build? Yes, this is a hammerdin build, but it has a different setup. A setup some people might not have thought of...maybe. Another reason why I said pointless was just because we know what a hammerdin is, we also know what an es/orb sorc is, but there are people that are asking about it. Same goes with all other builds. There will always be someone who will ask about a build, even a hammerdin build. So instead of replying to my post like, "so this is a hammerdin build" which I'm pretty sure wasn't a serious question, maybe reply with something else. Sorry if I'm taking this too serious, but it just seemed like you tried to bash my post.

I just squelch everyone when I enter a game.

Like I said, it's basically a Hammerdin. I'm sure there are already guides about how to create a hammerdin, pvp or not, which brings me to the fact that this isn't really a 'guide' or really a new build. It's simply a hdin with a CoA and a spirit.

This build will probaly have some trouble vs...
-windies
-sorc's
-trappers
-pnb necros
-bowazons
-etc.

A better build for pvp would probaly be a mage. FoH + hammer for backup.

This build does have some trouble with Windies and PnB Necros, but thats the main cycle. As for bowazons, yeah, its a pain to catch running bowazons, but I forgot to mention in the build that you can equip yourself with a Doom zerker and still have 75fcr which should be enough for them. But I have to disagree with you on sorces, not one sorc won vs me. Not even high dmg blizz sorces, which is the only char I was not able to fully sorb.

Trappers are sorbed and are just annoying when they mb you, which causes no dmg.

and etc, well...
