PvP Barb build

Hey everyone.

I am currently trying to build a pvp barb. I was planning going on 20 WW, 20 BO, 20 Shout, 20 Mastery, and then the rest in Iron Skin.

As for stats I have no clue. I assume just enough strength for gear. How much dex should I have when using 2 x EBoTD. Then the rest into vitality.

Base:

Str: 100
Dex: 100
Vit: Rest
Eng: None



Gear: *Have or Going to Get*

Eth Arreats.
2x EToBD
2x CTA on Switch
Enigma *Archon or should i get more def armor*
Dracs
Highlords
Gore Rider?
Rings?
Dungo's


What should I use for charms in my inventory?

if you gonna go bvb i dont really know the setup

but for bvc=barb vs caster here is a good guide

If your goin max shout and big points in iron skin, youll want a big def armor, also have a fortitude in your stash as well for dueling barbs where you dont have to tele around

Or a Smiter, Winddruid or tanking Javas.

Most Javas are backstabbing bastards, that don't want to waste an oppurtinity of cs in the back, so most of the time they will try to melee. This is the case vs all the pure javas I have meet.

Btw. I have meet only 1 javazon who could farcast, this dude didn't even PvP, so Europe barbs tend to have an easier time vs Pure javazons.

Btw that bow-hybrid he used wasn't really a Javazon, since it's only ONE point in LF for the ITD. Tried Originals advice :prop: clegs + frenzy + go slit random

if ur specializing in barb vs barb, putting a point into battle cry(the one which reduces enemy's def and dmg) helps a lot.

grief/SS is a lethal combo for a BvB. if you want to be BvC though, grief and beast is really good.

I know, and nah. I dont hab frenzy, weak skill. Although I must admit that it might have it's uses vs amas like this. Should reduel him with clegs and not give him shout though, then I should at least win some duels lol.

NOO I said the same thing to my mate, he asked me if you used shout, since he couldn't understand why you lost to weakzor, I knew you was cocky enough to use shout on her........ :evil:

Btw his build is made not to use Cta or bo, since he has weapons on both switches, which concludes that Cta or bo isn't a part of his setup, I guess you just gave him a chance :starry:

Yes and no. I dont think I gave him shout all duels. Still very very hard. Pfft.

shouldnt be too hard to figure out, if you cant, you shouldnt be dueling

Don't be so tough, some people might've never played with a barb.

STR: 30-64 (BvC), or enough for gear (BvB/BvA)
Dex: 20-60 (BvC) or enough for max blocking (BvB/BvA)
Vitality: All that's left (always first put points to dex and str, then rest to vitality)
Energy: none at all. Use mana pots to gain more mana. If you think they are BM, build a fire sorc.
