alright so i have a smiter that i am making for pvm and ubers. i have stacked res all that jazz but as of right now i am using a 370 ebotdz and my smite speed is slow because of it. i would like to get a grief pb but i am nl and i dont know how much extra i would have to add to be able to trade my ebotdz for a greif pd. get back to me if this is at all possible

astreons isnt bad for ubers or pvm, has crushing blow and +dmg although nowhere near as much as greif, heavens lite and stormlash arent bad on ubers either, all much cheaper than greif.

my nonladder smiter used a shael'd stormlash for the longest time

1 i have an asterons and i was just wondering if the 80-240 magic damg adds on to smite damg

2 and does the ias on a weapon effect smite speed?

not sure about the +magic damage, im kinda sure that it does, i remember hearing something about it, but dont quote me on it

ias does affect the smite speed, hense the shael in my stormlash :thumbsup:

Another Cheap Option That I Use Is a High + Damage Redeemer. Highest I Believe Is +120 So Shoot For Over 100+ Dmg.

Too slow with an ebotdz you say? If you have at least level 13 fanat you're already smiting as fast as is possible with that axe even if you have no other external ias

Conversely, if you're looking for a new weapon for ubers then the best choice would be a ber'd Stormlash imo

Also, if you're looking for an uber smiter weapon on a budget then I would advise the Black runeword, 40% cb/15% ias and other mods is pretty tasty for only Thul+Io+Nef

thx for the reply, but as of now i just try logging back
in to diablo, and it says my account dosent exist.....
so......... very confused.......
