Is Death runeword any good ?

I made a barb for BvC and for some travi runs. I'm thinking of making a Death for
my barb. It looks like a great weapon with the deadly strike and CB but i don't see any other posts about Death being a good weapon. I'm currently wearing a death cleaver and I will never be rich enough for a BotD 370+.

Can somebody tell me if Death is a good runeword or should I wait for a grief ?

death has nice stats but it lacks ias so its not an option for ww barb.
edit: if you are going to get grief ba, get one with atleast 34 ias.
