1) What is Reziarfg (http://www.battle.net/diablo2exp/monsters/act5-reziarfg.shtml)?

As in, what is he there for? Never seen him afaik.

2) What is the red worm thing that keeps appearing underground...looks like 2 red spikes coming up. Seems to appear almost everywhere, especially in caves.

If you look closely, those "red worms" are really the tongues of some of the monsters :-) Kill the monsters and the "worms" will be gone.

Reziarfg is just a joke on the forums. I have no clue what it's about, though.

It's a joke made by Blizzard ..Gfrazier spelled backwards.

As to the Red worm things, it's an attack used by Death Maulers (http://www.battle.net/diablo2exp/monsters/act5-deathmauler.shtml)

What's special about Gfrazier anyway?

And thanks for 2). Can they travel a hell of a long way? I'm sure I get ones following me halfway through Glacial Trail etc.

G. Frazier is some guy in Blizz that is known to spread rumours and lies.

For the tentacles: No, but they do go through walls.
