Fire mastery still count double for enchant?

I was wondering if fire mastery still counts double for enchant fire damage, as I read in the guides. Wasnt sure if 1.11 changed this or not.

I'm fairly sure this is just understood, but it only counts twice if a Sorceress (with Fire Mastery) is using the enchant (though I suppose if you wanted to deck a random character out with tons of Fire Facets, it would also count...).

so once i max out enchant, i should start pumping master rather than warmth synergy?

actually, I think you should max fire mastery first

Playstyle decides, if you plan to solo a lot, mastery first for higher damage by you. If you are more a team support player warmth first for higher team damage.
