Help me out please (barb questions)

I can't afford this build yet, but I was reading the forums and noticed someone said they used eth oath scourge for there zerker. What gear did your zerker use? Did he hti the 95 breakpoint? and what is LoH mean? and Snarko? Sorry if some of these are newb questions but I'm a bit confused ;p:cloud9:

LoH=laying of hands, good pvm gloves ,they have some ridiculous amount of +ed to demons. Snarko is harlequin crest shako.

I was that barb. With an oath scourge, you only need 40% outside ias to get the fastest zerk attack. At first, I built around Treachery, because it's so cool, but eventually, I switched to highlords/20%ias gloves and Valor for the huge boost to life and the straight dr Valor provides. I didn't have any good 20% ias crafted ones, so LoH got the spot. They're decent, but nothing really spectacular on a zerker.

I used an oath scourge because I had one lying around from earlier in the season when I built the barb. I never really looked into whether it was better than any of the oath swords. I suspect for average damage, you'd be better off with an oath sword of some kind. The main problem with the scourge is that it has TERRIBLE min damage. The weapon itself is something like 16-504 listed.

Eth 'Oath' Scourge is just about the best non-whirlwind non-fanatic-zealot 'Oath' weapon available. With WW and Fanat/Zeal you can get away with slower, higher damage weapons, but with anything else the speed is just amazing.

Should be better than my upped Headstriker Zerker and I had alot of fun wiht him....Flail/Knots/Scourge should get bonus points for uniqueness! I always wanted to find (2) sick Scourges and go WW with it, and Frenzy.......oh hell anything. Loved my Classic Knot Zealot in 1.09 he was fun.....
