"Passion" Phase Blade breakpoints?

When using Zeal from a Passion Phase Blade with an Enchantress sorceress, what are the weapon speed breakpoints?

The info you need should all be there. Just about every weapon possible is covered. I made my own Passion/Double-Dream Enchantress and I must say, she's probably my favorite character. People will tell you to go the bear-form 4 fps route, but that keeps you from Teleporting - and as a key runner, a Double-Dream Zeal-sorc is tops.
