I heard that If you have 2 of the same aura level like...might merc with level 17 aura, would (example:LastwisH) might stack with it?
No, the higher aura would overwrite the lower one. The only way to get auras to stack is to have both auras granted by items, and both on the same character. For example, if a character was wearing a dream helm and shield, he would have a level 30 holy shock aura.
Auras granted by items and auras granted by skills do not stack.

If my enchant sorc were to wear a dream helm, could i throw a few points into lightning mastery to boost the holy shock aura's damage? If so, think it'd be worth wearing/skilling for my enchantress?

Yes. If you invest in Lightning Mastery, it will boost the Holy Shock damage given by Dream.

What I want to do is make an Enchantress with dual Dragons and HoJ Zerker, and then max Enchant, synergy, FMastery, Telekinesis, and then rest into ES. If you go dual Dream, you will have to max 2x Masteries, both fire and lightning, so bit waste of skill pts.

does the lighting mastery boosting dream's holy shock boost ranged attacks too?.... or just the melee

Both, but you'll be doing less damage damage with a ranged attack than you would with melee. Your mastery will apply twice to a melee attack.
