PvP FB sorc, few questions

Guys, im making a PvP Fireball sorc now but i have a few questions which i hope you can help me with.
First, my gear will be:

Shako-um
Hoto or ocu with facet
Tal amu or some other crafted amu
Upped-ummed Vipermagi (if im rich enough later, CoH)
Spirit shield or maybe lidless-um
Arach belt
Soj and rare ring with fcr, mana and resis
Magefist
marrowwalk or other good boots
on switch, cta

what should i do with stats... this will be my first pvp char so im not sure where to spend all stats on. Should i go for a lot of block or not? If i have lidless as a shield, i will need millions of dex to get max block...
What about spending statpoints to mana and life? Should i put all in life or put a few in mana too? The items will give a lot of mana...

Should i use manashield of just leave that part alltogether?

As you see, some questions. Hope you can help me out! Any suggestions on gear are welcome!

like u sed urself it is going 2 take insane dex 2 block and block will only stop phisical attack which arent supose 2 hit you anyway...exept maby ga so would go whit base dex.
about the energie if u go whit es no vita all energie if u go whitout es all vita no energie.

you are right about the blocking so i will leave that out. still having doubts about the shield part tho. Spirit is by far the best shield for a caster but it can only be made on monarch so its requires huge strenght... is it ok to put so many points in str for a pvp char which isnt gonna use blocking?

if u are going to use marrowwalk i would go whit spirit the vita on it prop makes up for the added str... then again i think u should use waterwalk if u go vita build and silkwave if u go es and there always are the rares

yeah, im doing vita. got the marrows and some other items which boost my strenght around 40. so with torch im getting 156 easely without investing too much. Spirit and vita it is :)
