Wich cold Armour to use?

I got Frozen Armour, should i spend a point to get Shiver instead?

I know it gives more defense, but considering the other mods - wich one is better?

I always use the second cold armor, think that should be shiver armor
like more def and works fine vs monsters

dont waste points on the cold armors just get a staff with in built in and when u need the cold spell just switch the weapon and cast
with every +1 skill the armor gets better
use armor that your wear for free to defend and your skill points for your killing

enemyNME is right. Using skills points for the cold armor is sort of a waiste, even in hardcore. You're better off strengthening your energy shield or its synergy if youw want to keep your char alive. In hell, monsters will hill you no matter your defense
