Where is the best places to find Tal's Armor?

It's pretty rare. Your best bet is level 85 areas such as Pits, Chaos Sanc, WSK, etc. You can also give Pindle and Baal a shot.

Your real best bet is to trade for it. It's a great power level, yet for some reason seems (to me) to be quite undervalued. The whole set can often be gotten for 2Ist on West Ladder, which is an absoutely out of control low price for an almost complete set up for a hell-worthy sorc.

Unless you're really bad-to-the-bone, all the way Single Player, searching for one particular item is a complete waste of time, there's just too much that can drop. The fastest way to any item is to trade what you have for runes, and trade the runes for the items you want.

Found mine on Pindle Hell 1 week ago... but indeed I wouldn't bet on finding another one soon... The Trade skill is very useful to develop too... Synergies are good spelling and politeness ^^

yep best place is trade area but the cheapest area would have to be level 85 areas with a level 20 patience skill ^_^

It takes luck no matter how you obtain it.

I got my Tal's armor because I was lucky to: a) join a free item drop game where I picked up an Arkaine's Valor and b) shortly thereafter find a trade game where someone wanted the Valor more than their Tal's armor :D.

Getting the Amulet took more work (time) than that, only maginally more luck, and then a couple days later I found one on NM Meph run.

Too bad Luck doesn't have any synergies :/.

You can MF lvl 85 areas all you want, but I'd suggest you keep Meph + Countess + Andy + etc etc whatever you normally can do with ease and with items you get from them, get the Tal. Much faster than actually trying to looking for one.
