Socketing an Item

I recently found a 2 soc superior Avenger Guard with +3 BO. Is there anything I can do to this like adding a socket to make a rw or something like that? What are options if any and is it worth anything on ladder? Thanks

You can't socket add sockets to an item that already have a socket. The only thing somewhat useful thing you can make out of a 2 socket helm is Lore.
