+1 To Barb Skills, Lowest lvl Req

Hey guys, just wanted to know what is the lowest Required lvl, +1 Barb skills can spawn?

I always thought, if it spawned, then it had to be Required Charectar lvl 27 to use it.

Thanks Fledgeling, yea, I knew about the others, the weapon is what got me too.

I found an Axe with +1 and was surprised to see Req. lvl 22. I just wondered how far down Req lvl went other than sets. Maybe it is 22.

There is no way you can get lower.

Just because it has no level req doesnt mean it is duped, before i stopped playing for a couple of years i had about 13 no req soj's all gambled using the old rules when all uniques had no level reqs (ah the good old days when you could have +7 all skill necro as soon as you have enough strength for sigons shield).

Im not saying they are not duped but no reqs doesnt mean that they are ;)

It is pretty obvious before you stopped playing there were changed item requirements then there are today. If you have a no requirement SOJ you have a dupe, 100%.

Well, there are also a decent number of prepatch SOJs that were gambled and stockpiled when it was easy to do so.

For prepatch amulets, level 22 would be the requirement for +1 skills. For post, level 27. For post weapons, level 22 I believe, and not sure about prepatch +1 weapons because every +1 weapon is a type that would be at least level 25 (as far as I've seen)

hmm, a pp culwens would provide + 1 skill with no lvl req.. of course it would still cost heavy stat points for a low lvl

ya thats right about the sojs, i use to gamble them for 500k to 1.5mill gold each. so i often got 1-2 night, i wasnt gambling for sojs but for dual leech rings.

all pre LOD uniqs dont have lev reqs on them. also the lev reqs on magic/rare items changed when LOD came out. like said before +1 on amulets went from lev 22 to 27, +2 on weapons went from ~30 to 45.

Also have a smoke somewhere, but I have yet to find a use for it on a low level char/dueler. My steel has found it's way to my level 12 charger, though I sometimes consider using it for leveling quickly with it's 255 dura.

Arctic set -bow, a 3 sock chipped emerald mask and some +1 str rings. Hsarus shield and boots. If I remember correctly from the top of my head.
Oh and she's a baroness, though I can't quite remember if she has all the statpoint quests.

On a sidenote, why and since when is Fred banned ?
Did he use the word Cleglaw too much ? :)

Wouldn't that be a shame though, to have such items and not use them ?
I do know that on HC quite a few of those pp snaps where duped and scatered about. So it's much more likely on Euro Classic HC that you run into a level 12 snapper. No steels though afaik. But a snap can be damaging enough. Don't get dragged into a duel with a pala swinging a 2h maul on HC unless you had practice in SC. :)

had a few hundred posts from '97-'2000 then the forums was reset
took about 3 yrs after then to get about 2000 posts and from the last reset in '03 to now i've got ~700 posts. high post count = spam to me most of the time

the people that have been around for yrs and yrs and that also legit may not have lost their old accounts and chars. so they could still have many old pre lod uniqs and old rares with lower lev reqs or no lev reqs.

its a lot of fun running around with a lev 1 necro with +6 skills or a lev 22 with +8. how about a lev 1 sorc with +7 firebolt or +7 ice bolt. lev 12 zeal or charge pals using a bonesnap. all thats fun but its still not as strong as a lev 1 char with a bow and +32 chant.
