ISO: teleport charges

My first attempt at trading...

SP char, ver 1.11b LoD

I'm looking for an item, preferably a ring, that has teleport charges. I don't need or want anything fancy - all I'm looking for is teleport charges. Minor or useless other magical tidbits included on the item are fine, but nothing serious (I'm not looking to pay for something more I'm not going to use, and I don't need wonderful attributes that'll prevent me from using the teleport charges right away).

I have nothing by way of good items since my chars are only Normal difficulty, but I have cubed up some Perfect Gems.

I'd like to trade with brand-new "blank" chars in a TCP/IP game. We'll meet in the Rogue Encampment and stay in-town.

Did I cover everything?

... and circlets - circlets can have TP charges.

duh! yeah, forgot the circlets. I didn't mention the orbs, because non-sorcs can't use them (and a sorc shouldn't need tele-charges, right?)

Oh, what does RWN mean? And what kind of file would you be sending?

lower reqs? only in a tele staff. Normal Ormus should have a couple for sale. The lvl req is 24 IIRC.
RWM means runeword mod, its a mod that enables the "realm only" runewords in SP.

Runeword mod? I'll have to look that up. I was ignoring the staves because, for an Assassin, that's a lot of wasted slots and attributes on an item just to get what I need. A circlet, amulet, ring, something like that my Assassin would be able to wear or store or let her merc wear until she needs it.

Runeword mod enables all of the runewords that are available on BNet, but not normally on single player - such as Insight.

The good thing about the staff is that you can use it on weapon switch and use it to move around, and then just switch back to your good weapons when it's time to kick some butt. Also, in case you weren't aware, charges are often expensive to repair (I'm not sure about teleport charges though, maybe they're cheaper), so you may notice the gold in your stash depleting rapidly the more you use the charges.

Not to sound too picky when faced with free stuff, but is there anything with a lower level requirement?Maybe, but by the looks of things charges of Level 2 Telelport require level 48. Most of my rare amulets and rings will have come from gambling with high level characters to ensure the best possible mods. At least its better than crafted items, where the level requirement usually comes out around the character level of the crafter. I've seen amulets that require level 89, which is very high.

And what kind of file would you be sending?I'll be sending a Diablo II character file (.d2s). You can move the item across with whatever you usually use. Most folk here use ATMA, which has a stickied thread in the SPF, or is available at atma.diabloii.net.

Be sure you understand how my use of the Runeword mod will affect you. If you don't play RWM, but have traded with them, then (as far as the SPTF is concerned) you're an RWM player for trading purposes. The restriction of this is that players who want only Vanilla items won't trade with you. That's not really a crisis, but its up to you.

nebux, I appreciate your offers, but I'm going to go ahead and accept Thirty-Thirty's Wraith Noose amulet. My char is rising so quickly in levels, she won't have to wait long to use it. BTW, does that amulet come with a side of Dr McKay?:wink3: J/K

I don't mind accepting a RWM item, because I'm hoping to find the runeword mod and actually use it so I don't have to get online to play with the fun runewords.

Okay... so I've asked for something, found it, accepted, and am awaiting delivery. If I were paying for it, I'd send my payment.
